Firestop QuickPass^TM

A patented, retrofitable cable or innerduct pass-through device for fire-rated floor or wall assemblies.

QuickPass^TM is a four part system consisting of a two piece rigid intumescent interior layer and a red two piece exterior aluminium shell. The two piece rigid intumescent inerior, once installed, lock in place with the exterior red aluminium shell. QuickPassTM can be installed empty or completely full. The red metallic shell forces the intumescent pad to expand into the annular space around the cable or innerduct penetrating the rated assembly. Does not require special tools to assemble and install. Independent 3rd party tests for fire rated floor and wall assembly, are available on our website.

• Tested in accordance with ASTM-E814, UL-1479, CAN 4/ULC-S115-95 standards
• An exact pre-measured amount of intumescent compound is provided with each QuickPassTM unit so the amount of material is included to accommodate standard applications as noted in listings.
• Installations are completed rapidly and efficiently. No additional products such as mineral wool,
• QuickPass^TM comes as an assembled unit for new construction. For retrofit applications simply slide the four parts apart and re-slide together over the pre-existing cables or innereduct. No tools are necessary.
• QuickPass^TM comes 10 1/2" long but can be easily cut to the depth of assembly floor or wall as required. (QuickPassTM is also available in 8? lengths upon request)
• QuickPass^TM eliminates the possibility of field errors associated with field measured dosage required by conventional methods.
• QuickPass^TM is ideal for cast-in-place applications in concrete.
• Inspections can be accomplished without destructive sampling, saving both time and money.
• QuickPass^TM is environmentally stable and resistant to exposure to humidity.
