By 2015, the use of shallow geothermal energy will cover an area of ​​2 million square meters.

Strengthen progress and innovation in energy science and technology, promote clean and efficient use of coal, and continuously increase energy efficiency.

For newly-built buildings, especially public facilities such as large-scale public welfare buildings, transportation hubs, stations, and rail transit station houses built by the government, integrated photovoltaic building design should be actively promoted, and building integrated grid-connected power generation projects should be implemented. Encourage existing buildings to design and install photovoltaic power generation systems during energy-saving renovations.
