1. There is a large electrolytic capacitor inside the inverter. After the power is turned off, there may still be residual voltage on the capacitor. Therefore, it is important to wait at least 10 minutes after turning off the power before performing any maintenance. Ensure that the “charge” indicator light is completely off or that the positive and negative bus voltages have dropped below 36V before proceeding with any work. 2. Only trained and qualified personnel should perform any replacement or maintenance tasks. Never leave wires or metal objects inside the inverter, as this can lead to serious equipment damage or even safety hazards. 3. Before starting any maintenance, it is recommended to record key parameters such as input/output voltages, frequency settings, and other critical values. This helps in restoring the system correctly after repairs. 4. After replacing the main control board, make sure to reconfigure all necessary parameters before powering up the device. Failing to do so may result in damage to the inverter or connected equipment. 5. Never attempt to connect or disconnect cables while the inverter is powered on. This could cause electrical shocks, short circuits, or damage to internal components. 6. Do not connect the output terminals (U, V, W) of the inverter directly to the grid power supply. This can cause severe damage to both the inverter and the power source. 7. The inverter has already undergone a dielectric strength test before leaving the factory. Users are advised not to perform additional tests unless specifically instructed by technical support. Performing unnecessary tests may compromise the integrity of the device. 8. Always ensure proper grounding when working with the inverter. A stable and safe ground connection is essential for both equipment protection and operator safety. 9. Keep the inverter in a clean and dry environment. Avoid placing it near water sources or in areas with high humidity, which may affect its performance and lifespan. 10. Regularly inspect the inverter for signs of wear, overheating, or damage. Early detection of issues can prevent more serious failures and reduce downtime.
