1. There is a large electrolytic capacitor inside the inverter. After the power is turned off, residual voltage may still remain on the capacitor. Therefore, it is essential to wait at least 10 minutes after turning off the power before performing any maintenance. Ensure that the “charge” indicator light is completely off or that the positive and negative bus voltages have dropped below 36V before proceeding with any work. 2. Only trained and qualified personnel should perform replacement tasks. Never leave wires or metal objects inside the inverter, as this can lead to serious equipment damage or even safety hazards. 3. It's highly recommended to document key parameters inside the inverter before starting any maintenance. This helps ensure that everything is restored correctly after the work is completed. 4. After replacing the main control board, make sure to reconfigure all necessary parameters before powering the system back on. Failure to do so may result in damage to connected equipment or improper operation of the inverter. 5. Never connect or disconnect any cables while the inverter is powered on. This can cause electrical shocks, short circuits, or damage to internal components. 6. Do not connect the output terminals (U, V, W) of the inverter to the grid power supply. Doing so may cause severe damage to both the inverter and the connected devices. 7. The inverter has already passed the factory’s dielectric strength test. Users are not required to perform additional withstand voltage tests. Attempting such tests without proper guidance may void the warranty or cause irreversible damage to the unit.
