Aucma frost-free freezer debut at AWE, the main high-end ingredients preservation

The AWE2018, themed "Global Platform for Smart Life," took place at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from March 8th to 11th. As one of the world's leading home appliance and consumer electronics exhibitions—comparable to CES and IFA—AWE has become a key event for showcasing cutting-edge innovations. This year’s exhibition attracted nearly 1,000 companies, with numerous groundbreaking products and technologies making their debut. Before this year’s show, Aucma had already made waves with its iconic Elite air-cooled and frost-free freezer, which quickly gained widespread market recognition. At AWE2018, the Elite series continued to draw significant attention from both industry professionals and visitors. Most refrigerators on the domestic market still use traditional direct cooling methods, which have limitations in terms of temperature control. These systems often struggle with precision, leading to inconsistent cooling and frequent frosting issues. Aucma’s Elite air-cooled and frost-free series addresses these challenges by fundamentally solving the problem of frost buildup, ushering in a new era of frost-free refrigeration. Frost in freezers typically forms when moisture from food evaporates and condenses inside the cabinet, especially after the door is opened and closed. To tackle this, Aucma introduced a multi-dimensional, three-dimensional air supply and return system. Equipped with an eddy current inverter fan, the system creates a full-cycle air circulation, ensuring 360-degree coverage without dead zones. This design efficiently removes moisture, significantly reducing frost formation. Inside the freezer, you’ll notice that the walls are lined with multiple air vents. The front, rear, and side vents work together to create a balanced airflow, while the right-side outlet features an upper and lower dual-vent structure. This setup ensures even cooling and rapid temperature response. Additionally, the return air vents are designed to avoid blockage, allowing the freezer to remain fully stocked without compromising performance. Traditional baskets often obstruct cold air flow when filled with food. However, Aucma’s unique basket design includes a compartment in the bottom layer that acts as a hidden air passage. This increases the available space for cold air circulation, resulting in more uniform temperature distribution throughout the cabinet. Another standout feature of this freezer is the “wind curtain lock cold” technology. When the freezer is running, the top air vent creates a “wind curtain lock cold wall,” which helps maintain internal temperatures even when the door is opened. This prevents outside air from entering and reduces frost buildup caused by temperature fluctuations. Since 2015, Aucma has consistently pushed the boundaries of refrigeration technology. In 2015, it launched China’s first -40°C cryogenic quick-freezer, followed by the world’s first 0.1°C precision control refrigerator in 2016. Then, in 2017, it introduced the industry’s first air-cooled frost-free freezer. As an observer, I was impressed by Aucma’s dedication to advancing China’s refrigeration industry. Industry experts praise Aucma for its innovation-driven strategy, which emphasizes user-centric, market-oriented R&D and production. The company has maintained a leading position in key areas such as cryogenic quick-freezing, cloud-connected smart IoT technology, multi-temperature zone air-cooling, ultra-low temperature solutions, and precise temperature control. These advancements have not only strengthened Aucma’s market presence but also driven the broader development of the home appliance industry.
