Huawei IP / MPLS solution helps Sonaecom enter the FMC era
Huawei recently announced that Huawei and Portuguese telecom operator Sonaecom have successfully deployed a fixed mobile convergence (FMC) IP / MPLS backbone network, which can provide both rich and fast MulTI-play services for both fixed and mobile users.
Huawei NE5000E core routers and NE40E full-service routers are deployed at the international gateway offices and core nodes of the Sonaecom interconnection network to provide reliable and scalable bearer networks to ensure the operation of fixed and mobile services. The network supports a variety of value-added services, and can smoothly evolve to 40G and 100G according to business needs.
