Digital anchor puller
Product Name
Digital Anchor Dynamometer
First, the Digital Anchor Dynamometer
Product Introduction
The digital anchor dynamometer is a specialized testing tool used to measure the anchoring force of bolts. It plays a crucial role in both theoretical research on bolting and shotcreting techniques and in quality inspection during construction projects. The device comes in various specifications, including 5 Ton, 10 Ton, 20 Ton, and 30 Ton, allowing users to choose based on their specific needs.
Second, the Anchor Tension Meter – Digital Anchor Pull
Pressure Gauge Operation Method
1. Pressure Detection
Turn on the power key to display the initial value, then press the clear key to start measuring. Use the peak key to toggle between peak and follow values. When the display shows â–², it indicates that the meter is in peak hold mode, displaying the maximum pressure recorded during this measurement.
After completing the task, turn off the power key to shut down the display and power off the device.
2. Data Storage
While in peak hold mode, press the memory key to store the current peak pressure data. The display will show "SX", indicating that the data has been saved in unit X.
3. Displaying Stored Data
When in normal measurement mode, there is no â–² symbol in the top-left corner. Press the memory key to enter the stored data display mode. When "SX" appears, it means the storage is about to be displayed. After a few seconds, the meter will return to the normal state.

Common Faults and Troubleshooting
Failure Phenomenon | Cause | Solution |
Pressure gauge no display | Lack of oil in the cylinder | Open the oil filling valve and refill |
Unloading valve not tightened | Tighten clockwise
Joint oil leakage | Tighten the joint
Manual pump not placed horizontally | Place the pump level
Pressure gauge damage | Inspect or calibrate
No pressure | Insufficient oil in the manual pump | Add oil |
Joint oil leakage | Check joints and seals
Incorrect or dirty oil | Replace oil
Hydraulic cylinder oil leakage | Internal seal damage | Replace the seal |
Pressure gauge reading drops significantly | Severe joint leakage | Tighten or replace the seal |
Seal failure | Replace the same type of seal
Oil is too dirty | Clean the oil cylinder, pump body, and pipes with kerosene and change the oil
Pump check valve sealing issue | Return to factory for repair
Pressure gauge shows reading but hydraulic cylinder has no pressure | Hose blockage | Clear the hose |
Connector blockage | Clean the connector |
5. Recalibration Procedure:
If you need to re-calibrate the factory-calibrated anchor tension pressure gauge, press and hold the clear key until three vertical symbols appear on the left side of the display and flash, then release. Press the clear key again to reset and begin pressurizing to match the standard pressure meter. For example, for a 100KN bolt dynamometer, reach 100KN, for 200KN, reach 200KN, and so on. Then press and hold the switch key until the three vertical symbols flash again, release, and clear. After zero calibration, check the pressure gauge to ensure accuracy.
