The digital anchor dynamometer is a testing tool used to measure the anchoring force of bolts. It plays a crucial role in bolt research and shotcreting theory, as well as in engineering quality inspection. Pressure Gauge Operation Method
1. Pressure Detection
Press the power key to turn it on. The display will show the initial value. Press the clear key to start measuring.
Use the peak key to switch between peak and follow values. When the display shows â–², it means the meter is in peak hold mode. In this state, the meter displays the maximum pressure recorded during the measurement.
After completing the work, press the power key again to turn off the display and shut down the device.
2. Data Storage
When the meter is in peak hold mode, press the memory key. The LCD will display SX, indicating that the current pressure data is stored in unit X.
3. Display Stored Data
When the meter is in normal measurement mode, there is no â–² symbol in the upper left corner. Press the store key to enter the stored data display mode. When SX appears, it indicates that the storage is about to be displayed. After a few seconds, the meter will show the stored value X. Then, it returns to the normal measurement mode.

5. Recalibration Procedure: If the factory-calibrated anchor tension pressure gauge needs recalibration, press and hold the clear key until three vertical symbols on the left side of the display flash, then release. Press the clear key again to reset. Start pressurizing to the standard pressure gauge until it reaches the corresponding pressure (e.g., 100KN for 100KN, 200KN for 200KN, etc.). Then press and hold the switch key until the three vertical symbols flash again, release, and clear. After zero calibration, check the pressure gauge to ensure accuracy.
