For long-term storage, it's common practice to dilute the antibody with 50% glycerol or ethylene glycol and store it at -20°C. To minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles, it's advisable to aliquot the antibody before freezing. You can also add antimicrobial agents to prevent contamination and maintain stability over time.
