Vibration Table Control System

The system features a high-precision digital display from Taiwan, allowing frequency to be displayed with an accuracy of 0.01Hz and time to 0.1 minute. It supports up to 120 programs, each consisting of 99 segments, with each segment capable of cycling up to 999 steps. The maximum time setting per cycle is 99 hours and 59 minutes.

Additional Features:

• Amplitude and Acceleration Display (Optional): To view amplitude, acceleration, and maximum acceleration values, you may need to purchase an additional measuring instrument, such as the LD-T1 model, which offers a range of 0–20mm and 1g = 9.8 m/s².
• Acceleration Calculation: Acceleration can be calculated using the formula: Acceleration = 0.002 × f² × D, where f is frequency (in Hz) and D is amplitude (pp).

Vibration Functionality:

• Frequency Modulation: Any frequency within the specified range (max acceleration < 20g, max amplitude < 5mm) can be set.
• Sweep Function: Supports true standard back-and-forth frequency sweeping with adjustable upper/lower frequency and time range.
• Programmable Function: Up to 15 segments can be programmed with arbitrary frequency and time settings, and can be cycled.
• Multiplier Function: 15 segments can be set to increase frequency in three modes: low to high, high to low, or low to high and back.
• Logarithmic Function: Supports three logarithmic sweep modes: down to upper frequency, up to lower frequency, and down to upper and back, all recyclable.
