Vibration Table Control System

The display uses a high-precision digital instrument from Taiwan, capable of showing frequency with an accuracy of 0.01Hz and time with an accuracy of 0.1 minute. The system supports up to 120 program groups, each containing 99 segments, and each segment can cycle up to 999 steps. The maximum time setting per period is 99 hours and 59 minutes.

Additional Features:

• Amplitude and Acceleration Display (Optional): To view amplitude, acceleration, and maximum acceleration values accurately, you need to purchase an additional measuring instrument: LD-T1. It supports a range of 0–20mm and 1g = 9.8 m/s².
• Acceleration Calculation: Acceleration = 0.002 × f² × D (unit: g), where f is the frequency (Hz) and D is the amplitude (pp).

Vibration Table Functions:

• Frequency Modulation: Any frequency must be within the specified range (maximum acceleration < 20g, maximum amplitude < 5mm).
• Sweep Function: You can set upper and lower frequencies and time ranges for standard back-and-forth frequency sweeping.
• Programmable Function: Up to 15 segments can be programmed arbitrarily (frequency/time), and they can be cycled.
• Multiplier Function: Supports 15 segments for frequency multiplication—low to high, high to low, or low to high then back to low, all in cycles.
• Logarithmic Function: Three modes available: down to upper frequency, up to lower frequency, and down to upper then back down—each recyclable.
